What was the problem?
A high-ticket service requires more trust and understanding than a simple purchase. Sending every visitor directly to a sales call consumes the team's time and mixes ready buyers with people still learning or comparing.
The strategic decision
We designed the funnel as two connected paths. Visitors showing clear readiness move towards consultation, while earlier-stage prospects enter a free training experience that explains the problem and method before asking for a call.
What was built?
- An opening message connecting the commercial problem to a system, not a single tactic.
- A free course acting as an education bridge for visitors not ready to book.
- A short registration form opening the nurture and follow-up path.
- A clear consultation CTA at a logical readiness point.
- A map connecting ads, pages, email, appointments and CRM.
- Separation between education, qualification and sales so every opportunity has a clear next step.
Why does it matter commercially?
The funnel does not try to force everyone into a call. It protects sales time, reduces unsuitable conversations and builds an educational asset that helps early prospects return with greater understanding.
