1. Who is responsible for the data?
Ibrahim Alqadhi operates this site and provides services independently using the trade names “Alqadhi Consultant” and «القاضي للاستشارات». The business is not presented as a company registered in a particular jurisdiction. For privacy requests, use WhatsApp at +967 730 525 845.
2. Data we process
- Essential technical data sent by the browser or server, such as IP address, device type and requested pages, for operation and security.
- General analytics data such as pages, events and traffic source; Google Analytics is not loaded by the site unless you consent.
- Booking or contact data you provide directly to Google Calendar or WhatsApp.
- Purchase and payment data you provide directly to Whop when using a checkout. This website does not receive or store your card numbers.
- Answers in the booking fit checker, which are processed locally in your browser and are not sent by the site to our server.
3. Why we use data
We use the minimum needed to operate and secure the site, respond to you, arrange a call, take steps before a contract, perform agreements, process payments and meet applicable obligations. Optional analytics rely on consent; correspondence and services rely on your request, agreement and proportionate legitimate interests where permitted.
4. Consent and Google Analytics
Analytics storage starts denied. GA4 loads only after you accept, to measure pages and general events. You can change your decision through “Privacy settings” in the footer. We do not use the site for personalized advertising.
5. Providers and international processing
We may rely on the hosting provider, Google Calendar, consented Google Analytics, WhatsApp and Whop for checkout. Each provider processes data according to its role, terms and privacy notice, potentially outside your country. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
6. Payments through Whop
When you pay through Whop, Whop receives transaction and payment data needed to operate its platform, settle the transaction and comply with its obligations. Ibrahim Alqadhi remains the consulting-service supplier and may receive order, contact and payment-status information needed for delivery, support and accounting, but not full card details.
7. Retention and security
We keep correspondence, project and payment records only as long as needed for the service, disputes, accounting and compliance, then delete or minimize them when no longer required. Provider data follows their settings and retention rules. We use HTTPS after deployment, data minimization, access restriction and reasonable security updates; no method is completely secure.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of your data, and may withdraw consent. We may request enough information to verify identity and the request. You may also contact a provider where it is directly responsible for its data.
9. Children, complaints and updates
