1. Service provider and trade name
This site is operated by Ibrahim Alqadhi as an independent remote consulting service provider. “Alqadhi Consultant” and «القاضي للاستشارات» are trade names used by Ibrahim Alqadhi and are not presented as a company incorporated or registered in a particular jurisdiction. The currently available official contact channel is WhatsApp at +967 730 525 845.
2. Scope of these terms
These terms govern use of the website, its general content and public tools. Professional services are primarily intended for businesses and project owners. Browsing, messaging or booking a call does not create a service contract or bind either party.
3. Free diagnosis call
The free growth diagnosis is a 30-minute call intended to understand the situation and assess fit. It does not guarantee a proposal, project acceptance or commercial result.
4. Services and no guarantee
Descriptions of the Laser Growth System, services and examples are informational. We do not guarantee search ranking, traffic, leads, sales or revenue; outcomes depend on market, offer, data, budget, team, execution and factors outside our control.
5. Separate service agreement
No paid work starts until a scope, proposal or separate service agreement is accepted. It should define deliverables, fees, payment, ownership, confidentiality, duration, termination and each party’s responsibilities. The latest project-specific agreement prevails in a conflict, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Payments through Whop
Where a Whop checkout is offered, Whop processes the transaction and may act as merchant of record for card-network and payment-settlement purposes under its terms. Ibrahim Alqadhi, using the Alqadhi Consultant trade name, remains the supplier of the consulting service and responsible for its description, delivery, customer support, any refund and applicable legal obligations. Use of Whop is also subject to the Whop terms and privacy notice presented at checkout.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms for each service are stated in the proposal, service agreement or checkout before purchase. These terms do not limit mandatory rights under applicable law. For a payment issue, contact us first through WhatsApp with the transaction reference and never send card details.
8. Intellectual property and acceptable use
The site, copy, design and general frameworks are owned by Ibrahim Alqadhi or used with permission. Reasonable internal use is allowed. Commercial copying, republication, unauthorized security testing, disruption and harmful code are prohibited.
9. Tools and third-party services
The revenue leak calculator is a simplified mathematical scenario, not financial or accounting advice or a forecast. The site may open Google Calendar, WhatsApp and Whop; each provider controls its service, policies and security.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on general content. Nothing excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law, disputes and changes
Each paid service agreement should specify the governing law and a dispute process or forum appropriate to both parties. These website terms do not automatically make New York law or the Whop terms the governing law of the consulting relationship.
